Noel Pascual

Noel Pascual is a Filipino visual artist born in 1961 in San Miguel, Manila. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from the Philippine Women’s University in 1987, where he was mentored by notable artists Ibarra de la Rosa, Raul Isidro, and Boy Rodriguez . His early exposure to various art forms and his academic background laid the foundation for his distinctive artistic style.
